DATA CONTROLLER

Please note though, that when you are using our Apps or Services, we are most likely merely a data processor (with limited access to your data), not a data controller. For example, DC9 Cyber acts as a data controller when you sign up for our newsletter or create an account with our Apps. In instances where our Apps are integrated into or enhance usage of third-party platforms, DC9 Cyber may serve as a data processor, however only if we are handling data on behalf of the platform owner. Nevertheless this is usually not the case as it is Microsoft Azure owner that handles the data processing and DC9 Cyber just partially delivers the solutions on how this data is processed by Microsoft Azure platform.
When we act as a data controller, in circumstances or processes listed below, our responsibility covers both the purpose and means of processing your personal data, in strict accordance to our Privacy Policy's high privacy and data protection standards.
